Genix Hubs is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete client information.

• Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to Genix Hubs’ templates, mockups, CRM, software, and other deliverables remain the sole property of Genix Hubs unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• License: Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital products for their intended purpose. Reselling, redistributing, or unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full before access to digital products or services is provided.

• Pricing, billing, and payment schedules (where applicable) will be communicated before purchase.

• Late or incomplete payments may result in suspension or denial of service delivery.

6. No Refund Policy

• All purchases made on Genix Hubs are final and non-refundable.

• Once a product (such as a template, mockup, or software tool) is delivered or accessed, no refund will be issued.

• Clients are encouraged to carefully review product details before purchase.

• In case of technical issues, Genix Hubs will provide support to resolve the matter, but no monetary refund will be processed.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared during the course of the business relationship, including business data, project details, and proprietary information.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Genix Hubs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its templates, software, or services.

• The maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the product or service in dispute.

9. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

• Genix Hubs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if clients breach these Terms and Conditions, misuse products, or engage in unethical or unlawful activities.

10. Force Majeure

Genix Hubs is not responsible for service delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, technical failures, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Genix Hubs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
